Dr. Lance Albrechtsen

I have been practicing in the specialty field of orthodontics in the Ogden, Utah area since 1997. I am passionate about creating beautiful smiles. It is very satisfying to provide a service that changes people’s lives, health, and self-esteem.

My patients become more than just patients to me; they and their families are friends. I enjoy using my talents to provide my patients with excellent smiles and to improve their quality of life. We provide excellent care and a wonderful experience in a warm, caring, fun, family-oriented atmosphere.

I truly appreciate being able to see the transformation of our patients as their confidence grows.

Dr. Fanelli

I attended the University of Utah for my undergraduate education, and I continued on to the University of Utah School of Dentistry where I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Following dental school, I completed a three-year orthodontics residency at the University of Kentucky, where I honed my craft for shaping beautiful smiles and received unique training in the use of clear aligners, temporary anchorage devices, laser gingivectomies, and digital orthodontics. My passions for improving the patients experience and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes have led me to pursue additional training in facial esthetics through the intensive Pitts Masters course.
